i really liked the updated suites at this place. they was like a personal escape after enjoying the busy activities. the rooms were quiet. i found the staff very helpful and they provided a concierge available by text, this was helpful.
i found a $22 usd charge for a bottle of water in the hotel room.

the restaurants inside the resort were quick to serve. customer service was great. dining options were diverse and of good quality. the rooms were also great with vintage details (i loved the retro feel!).
the hotel's interior river gave a slight feeling of being outside, it was a bit disorienting.

The architecture displayed grand columns. Painted ceilings added to the hotel's charm. The spacious suite felt upscale. The pools featured beautiful designs.
The hotel cleaners were noisy. They talked loudly outside the room early in the morning. I found it hard to sleep because of the noise. This was disruptive to my rest.

our grand king suite was great. the space was ample, and i especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. the hotel provides numerous options and amenities. i am happy to say, i've decided this is where i'll stay when i return. you cannot beat the suite sizes, especially knowing every room is a suite.
there were a few loud guests, unfortunately. they did not impact my stay significantly, though.

the hotel has several pools and a wide variety of restaurants. there are both casual and formal dining options available. self-parking costs $20 per 24 hours and is easy to access, a great convenience.

the staff were consistently friendly and polite throughout the entire property. from the front desk to the room attendants, everyone seemed eager to assist. check-in was quick, and i received my gold member credit voucher without having to ask.

I appreciated the location. It was very convenient (close to many attractions). The shopping and dining options within the hotel were superb. Staff members were always helpful and courteous.
I found one small wet spot in the suite. I informed the staff but I never saw any action taken.

The hotel features spacious pools, though the Venetian pool is a bit of a walk from the south tower. There are also smaller pool gardens available near the south tower for quick access. A direct, walkable path connects the hotel to the Sphere.

The Grand Lux Cafe provided great dining with a delicious breakfast menu. The hotel offers numerous dining options catering to various tastes and preferences. I was impressed with the quick service and quality of food.

The staff was readily available and quick to help with requests. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and toiletries daily. I found the concierge services especially helpful with directions (they gave very detailed instructions).

Acceptable stay with a few hiccups
water outagefront desk
The water outage at midnight REALLY threw me off. I tried calling the front desk repeatedly, maybe ten times, but got no answer. The water wasn't back on until after 5 AM, and the hot water took even longer. I found the lack of any apology or compensation from the hotel quite, hmm, interesting. For a place that fancies itself upscale (a five-star hotel i think?), this lack of service is amazing.
